The 20'x31'x12' vertical roof step down barn combines strength and style with a vertical roof over a 14-gauge steel frame. Built for concrete surfaces, the building measures 20 feet wide by 31 feet long, extending to 26 feet at the roof, with a height of 12 feet and a 3/12 roof pitch for optimal weather protection. It is certified to endure wind speeds up to 140 MPH and snow loads of 30 PSF. All walls on the main building are fully enclosed for maximum security. Two center-aligned lean-tos, each measuring 12 feet by 25 feet with an 8-foot height and a 2/12 roof pitch, are also completely closed. The exterior features a Galvalume roof, clay trim, and white walls, complemented by clay wainscot. Key components include a 36-inch by 80-inch walk-in door on the front wall and two 10-foot by 8-foot white roll-up garage doors, one on the main building and one on the front wall of the right lean-to. The installation site is level and equipped with power, ensuring a smooth setup.
