This fully customizable Standard Garages - 24 x 30 x 9 structure is designed to meet a wide range of storage and workspace needs. With a durable 14-gauge steel frame and a vertical roof style, this garage is engineered to withstand 140 MPH winds and 30 PSF snow loads, providing top-notch protection. The main building measures 24 feet wide by 30 feet long (31 feet roof length) and stands 9 feet tall, installed securely on a concrete surface. The design includes fully enclosed front, back, and side walls in Pebble Beige, complemented by a Galvalume roof and crisp white trim.
This custom build also features a right-side lean-to, measuring 8 x 30 feet with a height of 7 feet, complete with gable ends and a closed side wall for additional covered space. The structure is equipped with two 9x7-foot white roll-up garage doors on the right wall, each with a 45-degree trim kit, and a 36x80-inch walk-in door on the back wall.
